Rental

The property is for single-family residential use only
  • Not to be used as a rooming or guest house
  • No use that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of any lot owner
  • The lease must contain a clause making it subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements, and Restrictions, Bylaws, and Handbook
  • "For Rent" signs are not allowed
  • The owner is responsible for making the tenant(s) aware of the rules
  • The owner is responsible for tenant violations and rule enforcement assessments
Before a tenant takes up residence, provide the following to the management company:
  • Copy of the lease
  • Full names of the tenant(s)
  • Names of all residents
  • Home and business phone numbers for the tenant(s)
Non-resident owners must also keep the management office current with their mailing address and phone number.
