The shrubs in front of the house and the lawn are taken care of from spring to fall. This includes weekly grass cutting during the growing season, periodic trimming, fertilization, etc. The front beds are mulched on alternate years.
The only water available is from your own faucet, and to the extent watering is needed, the homeowner is responsible for this. Lawns can burn out in July and August, so watering is recommended.
