Pets are defined as dogs, cats, birds, or fish. Dogs must be licensed. Licensing is available through the Cuyahoga Country Auditor's office and at most pet stores, November through January each year.
Pets must be on a hand-held leash while outside and under the direct control of their owner at all times. Barking dogs are not allowed at any time of day.
Immediate clean-up is required, whether on common elements or private sublot.
Dogs and cats must be current with their respective shots (rabies, vaccines, etc).
Pets may not be tied up in any common area.
No commercial use, breeding, etc.
