The Highland Place Homeowners Association is a community of 34 homes on Highland Place Court in Richmond Heights, Ohio. As a limited maintenance community, various amenities are included:
Lawn care and front shrub trimming
Snow removal from street, driveways, and gazebos
Gazebos with locked mailboxes
Lit entrance sign and streetlights
Garbage collection (on Mondays)
A natural wetland with community space between and behind lots
Architectural review process for exterior changes
The association is manged by Landis & Carlyle Management. Our property manager, Joel Stieglitz oversees contracts (lawn care, snow removal), and is the primary point of contact.
The annual meeting of homeowners is held each spring to elect board members for a term of 3 years, on a rotating basis. The board holds meetings about 4 times throughout the year to attend to the business of the association (or more as needed).
The association documents are the formal legal documents that govern the community and are attached to the deed of each sublot. The legal documents take precedence should there be any apparent contradiction between them and this website.
By registering for a login to the site, you will also have access to board member contact information and more. We do ask that the management company be the first point of contact, but if at any time, you experience a challenge communicating with us, please do reach out to any board member. Please be respectful, as we are volunteers, but we take the concerns of our neighbors as top priority, and will mediate any disputes or other stressors, as we seek to ensure fairness for all.
